Alice specialises in the area of Family Law including work on parenting matters, guardianship issues, paternity, obtaining and responding to protection order proceedings, relationship property matters including preparation of contracting out agreements, proceedings under the Oranga Tamariki Act and assisting in obtaining welfare guardianship and property manager orders.
Alice is an experienced Family Court Lawyer but where possible focuses on out of Court settlement.
Alice is also a lead provider for Family Legal Aid and is approved to provide FLAS advice.
